Cameron Mitchell Restaurants (CMR) is pleased to announce the much-anticipated Budd Dairy Food Hall will open on April 6, 2021. After experiencing delays due to COVID-19, guests will soon be able to enjoy offerings from nine diverse kitchens, including the newest addition, Cluck Norris.
Budd Dairy Food Hall is Columbus’ first-ever venue for restaurant incubation, culinary exploration and entertainment. The food hall, located in Italian Village, will give the city’s top up-and-coming chefs the opportunity to grow as entrepreneurs and to serve their community in a unique gathering space.
“We are so grateful for our raving fans who share our excitement for the new Budd Dairy Food Hall and who have been anxiously awaiting its opening,” said Jeremy Hughes, the general manager. “We look forward to welcoming guests soon, giving them a safe place to connect with others while enjoying tasty culinary creations from our talented group of chef partners.”

Keeping associates and guests safe is a top priority for the food hall, as it is for every CMR location. The iWave Air Purification System will be installed at Budd Dairy Food Hall, removing 99.4 percent of pathogens, allergens and other particles including COVID-19 from the air. In addition, social distancing will be observed and mask wearing will be required when not seated. Food and drinks can be ordered by phone by scanning a QR code to eliminate lines, and plexiglass barriers will be located at the bar top as well as on community tables.
A variety of positions are available. Interested applicants may apply online or visit the hiring office (1086 N. Fourth Street) in-person Monday-Friday between 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. or 12 p.m. – 4 p.m. on Saturday.
