Official Rules
BUDD’S BRACKET BUSTER MADNESS (the “Giveaway”) begins on Monday, March 18th, 2024, at 12:00 am and ends on Monday, April 8th, 2024 at 11:59 pm with the winners to be announced by April 9, 2024 (the “Giveaway Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: This Giveaway is offered and open to legal residents of the United States, who are of legal age of majority in Ohio and at least 18 years of age. Employees of: 1) Budd Dairy Food Hall and its affiliated companies, parents, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Giveaway Entities”), and their immediate families and members of their households are eligible to participate in the Giveaway. For purposes of this section, “immediate family” means spouses, children, parents, siblings, or any members of the same household of any employee or director.
HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: a PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. During the Giveaway Period, entrants must complete their name, date of birth, and email address, and accept these Official Rules on the Entry Form (the “Budd Dairy Food Hall Entry Form”) made available by scanning provided QR codes at Budd Dairy Food Hall from a mobile device. The entry form may also be reached via the Bracket Buster event listing on the Budd Dairy Food Hall website. Entries will be accepted through the website form until 11:59 PM on Sunday, March 17, 2024. Budd Dairy Food Hall assumes no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrect, misaddressed, or misdirected entries. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify Budd Dairy Food Hall if his or her contact information changes. Upon completing a Budd Dairy Food Hall Entry Form, participants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Budd Dairy Food Hall Bracket group. All entries must be submitted during the Giveaway Period. Budd Dairy Food Hall will not verify receipt of Entries.
RESTRICTIONS: Entries are valid only on dates specified; no alternate dates available. Budd Dairy Food Hall assumes no responsibility for canceled, delayed, suspended, or rescheduled events.
GENERAL TERMS: No purchase is necessary, and a purchase will not increase your chances or odds of winning. No substitution of prize is offered; no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted. Budd Dairy Food Hall reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value in the event the published prize is unavailable. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating in this Giveaway, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Budd Dairy Food Hall and waive any right to claim any ambiguity in the Giveaway or these Official Rules. Any travel or transportation costs associated with collecting any prize will be the sole responsibility of the winners.
WINNER NOTIFICATION/RELEASES: Winners will be notified within four (4) days of the Giveaway conclusion. Winners will be notified by email. Winners must provide proof of winning bracket. All prizes must be claimed within ten (10) days of notification. If any prize is not claimed within ten (10) days of email notification by Budd Dairy Food Hall to the winners, the prizes may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected; it being agreed to and understood that Budd Dairy Food Hall shall be under no obligation to select an alternate winner. In the event of a tie, Budd Dairy Food Hall reserves the right to select a winner from tied parties. Winners will be mailed their Budd Dairy Food Hall prize. The Giveaway Entities (as defined above in Section 2) assume no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information or for any faulty or illegible entry; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Giveaway; or (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of this Giveaway. If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causers which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Giveaway, then Budd Dairy Food Hall reserves the right , at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway in whole or in part.
