MJ Hernandez
MJ Hernandez, born and raised in Manila, Philippines, migrated to the U.S. in 2008 with a drive to make the most of his opportunities. A pivotal moment came when he watched No Reservations featuring the Philippines, igniting his passion for showcasing his heritage through food.

Over the past eight years, their venture has earned national recognition, including features on Burgers, Brew, and ‘Que, Food & Wine Magazine, and Buzzfeed. As Vice President of Business Development, he drives the company’s growth initiatives and strategic planning.
