Our goal is to keep dessert nostalgic, make everything from scratch, and keep it as local as possible. We operated as a pop-up bakery, pairing up with local breweries and selling tickets to cheesecake and beer pairings. Then we moved onto farmer’s markets and weddings from there. Eventually getting to our Hilliard location in 2020 and our Dublin location in 2021!

Samantha Strange started The Cheesecake Girl (TCG) in 2016 out of her parents’ kitchen. Popping up at farmer’s markets and growing the business through catering and beer pairings, she opened up TCG’s first location in April of 2020 in Hilliard.
From there she grew her company with dedicated, hardworking team members all committed to the same goal – keeping things fresh, local and fun! TCG is now open in Dublin as well, and they’re thrilled to be back at Budd Dairy! They like to say they put the “Dairy” in Budd Dairy.
