Noor Qaraja, originally from Palestine, discovered his passion for cooking alongside his brother after moving to the United States. What began as a way to connect with others quickly evolved into a career in the culinary arts.
Known for his warm personality and culinary talent, Noor has become a familiar face in Columbus, Ohio. Today, he and his brother Ahmed proudly operate three Zaki Mediterranean Grill food trucks, serving fresh, flavorful dishes at Budd Dairy Food Hall.
