Born and raised in Lynchburg, Virginia, owner Annie Dickson is a self-taught culinary junkie. Her passion stems from a childhood filled with flavorful memories of cooking & baking alongside her grandmothers.
Bite This was born almost by accident as friends and family encouraged Annie to take her culinary adventures to the next level.
Annie takes your everyday nostalgic treats to a new realm. Picture the Tim Burton of the baking world and you’ll have a pretty good idea of what you’re getting into. Bite This focuses on the “Quizzically Creative & Carefully Curated,” with unique takes on classic comfort foods.
Bagel Bombs took the foodie community by storm in Spring of 2022, but Dickson also developed what her friends describe as cult followings for her Not F*cking Box Brownies, Fat Boi Cookies and Pub Grub.
