Junkyard Dogs was established in 2022 by Ed Bisconti of Borgata Pizza Cafe and Jerry Elliott of QFM96. We are dedicated to serving the highest quality hotdogs, fries, milkshakes and toppings, using the finest and freshest local ingredients available. All prepared to order in a unique environment!
Born in Youngstown Ohio, Ed Biscotti, graduated from Johnson and Wales University with a degree in Culinary Arts.
Using his 36 years of experience in the foodservice industry, Ed partnered with Roz Auddino to open the Borgata Pizza Café concept in October 2012 at the original Parkville street location. The Worthington location would follow in May of 2017 and the Budd Dairy Food Hall location is an original Chef Partner here at the Hall.
In 2022, he partnered with Jerry Elliott of QFM 96 to create Junkyard Dogs’ original location in Worthington and is bringing the magic here for a bit in the Hatch space at Budd!
Ed and his wife Glenda Bisconti have been together for 32 years.
