We are dedicated to providing the freshest and finest Italian food and New York style pizza utilizing the highest quality local and regional ingredients available. We make all of our pastas, pizza dough, sauces, house specialties, vinaigrette salad dressings, desserts and just about everything else on our menu, in house, from scratch.
“Borgata” translates to “Village” and typically refers to a neighborhood on the outskirts of a town in Italy. We opened Borgata pizza café as a neighborhood pizza café. In our current locations, our New York Style Pizza and atmosphere brings family and friends together to enjoy the high quality homemade pasta, pizza and desserts and an opportunity to try a variety of house made Italian specialties.
We believe we are unique in the modern restaurant business as we bypass the various commercially produced food items and make most of our menu items from scratch.
We proudly serve only the freshest and finest ingredients we can buy both locally and regionally, prepared in house.
