Your privacy is important to us…
We have created features and may add new features in future to our Cameron Mitchell Restaurants websites which may require that you share personal information with us if you wish to use these features. We respect your right to privacy and want you to know why we may ask for information and what happens to it after it is collected.
When you send us email via the corporate site or through individual restaurants’ web sites…
The form you fill out requests information including name, email address, telephone number and best time to contact you by telephone. You are not required to provide us with your telephone contact information in order for your email to be delivered. It is used in the event it would be faster, more preferable and helpful for you to speak with someone on the Cameron Mitchell team about your comments, questions, or experiences. We do not share any personal or contact information shared with us through this email form with anyone external to Cameron Mitchell Restaurants without your express permission.
When you opt to receive email invitations from our restaurants…
In order to provide you with invitations for events and offers that will interest you, you have the option of requesting invitations and email notices from as few or as many of our restaurants as you wish. Our monthly email newsletter, the Wine & Dine Online e-publication, is not the same as signing up for invitations to individual restaurant events. If you sign up for both, you may receive more than one but no more than three emails in the course of a month. We do not share the personal information you provide us with third parties without your express permission.
The definition of ‘cookies’…
Cookies are created by the websites you visit much like your dry cleaner creates a claim check for you. You leave the dry cleaner with your claim check and when you return, you pick up what you dropped off.
Cookies are stored in files your browser keeps and can be deleted by you at any time. If you don’t revisit a website for awhile, your browser may do the deleting for you.
Conversion tracking helps us measure the return on investment of Facebook Ads by reporting on the actions people take after viewing those ads. We create pixels that track conversions, add them to the pages of our websites where the conversions will happen, and then track these conversions back to ads we are running on Facebook.
No personal information is contained in or collected as a result of using these cookies or pixels.
Opting out of remarketing pixels and technologies
Please use the following link to help you opt out of any remarketing pixels and technologies: http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices.
Keeping your information secure…
We use reasonable precautions to keep the personal information you disclose to us secure.
From time to time, you may find links on our site to outside parties’ sites. We cannot control their privacy policies and can only recommend that if privacy is of concern to you that you seek out and read their privacy statements prior to disclosing any personal information while visiting these sites.
We are always receptive to your thoughts and concerns about privacy, interactivity, and content on the Internet — specifically on this site. This is still a rapidly expanding universe for all of us. If there is something we can do to make the experience faster, more pleasant, more reliable, or more trustworthy we want to hear from you. Please send those suggestions to firstname.lastname@example.org.
