Ahmed Quraja, originally from Palestine, honed his cooking skills after moving to the United States. Cooking quickly became his way of connecting with others, which led him to pursue a career in the culinary arts.
Ahmed’s friendly attitude and talent in the kitchen made him well-known in Columbus, Ohio. Now, as the proud owner of three Zaki Mediterranean Grill food trucks, Ahmed brings mouth-watering Mediterranean cuisine to Budd Dairy Food Hall.
Zaki, meaning “delicious” in Arabic, lives up to its name with a menu full of Mediterranean favorites.
