Join us for an exclusive 3-course food and beverage tasting in collaboration with David Reinbolt from Wolf’s Ridge Brewing, Junkyard Dogs and Alphabetical Comfort Kitchen. If you’re a fan of beer, this tasting was made for you!

David Reinbolt and the participating chef partners will collectively guide you through a brew-filled evening of mouth-watering cuisine paired perfectly with some of the best locally brewed beer. The last course of the evening features a can of Night Method to-go – the perfect night cap once the night is finished.

Course 1
Wolf’s Ridge Brewery paired with Alphabetical Comfort Kitchen and Junkyard Dogs
Beer: Good at Sports (Pilsner, 5.6%)
Bite: ‘WRB IPA’ Battered Fried Pickle Chips served with ‘Good at Sports’ Beer Cheese

Course 2
Wolf’s Ridge Brewery paired with Alphabetical Comfort Kitchen and Junkyard Dogs
Beer: 614 Lager (Light Midwestern Lager, 4.2%)
Bite: ‘614 Lager’ Braised Bratwurst topped with ’Night Method’ Sauteed Onions and served with a fresh coleslaw

Course 3
Wolf’s Ridge Brewery paired with Alphabetical Comfort Kitchen and Junkyard Dogs
Beer: Night Method (Espresso Milk Stout, 6%) *enjoy with dessert or take to go!
